Thinking about buying a PC buffer...read here

There has been lots of discussion and interest in the use of a Porter Cable buffer for our vehicles. Here are some factors to think about when buying:
The 7336SP vs. 7424:
The bodies and specifications of each machine are identical, but the difference lies in how they are packaged. The 7336 already comes installed with the 6” counterweight for use of 6” or larger pads. The 7424 can be changed to the 6” counterweight should it come equipped with a 5” counterweight from the factory.
The decision on where and what all to purchase is greatly varied and can be time consuming.
We, at Tropi-Care, strive to offer the best pricing for our complete Porter Cable buffing kit. It all starts with the machine. Beginning with the Porter Cable 7336SP, we pair it with our 5-7/8” Lake Country hook and loop backing plate. Sure, you can purchase the machine itself at your local home improvement center but it comes with no backing plate. It will cost you $109 + your local sales tax. Order or find a backing plate, add about $18.00 + shipping costs. Now you may be beyond $130 and still no buffing pads.
Pad selection can also be confusing. Colors and sizes galore. In our kit, we also provide our 3 foam pad group. We worked with Lake Country Mfg. to develop 6.50” x 1.25” pads which achieve the optimum results with the use of our products. You get a yellow medium cutting pad, an orange light cutting/polishing pad and blue final finishing pad ($30.97 value). As an extra bonus to this kit, you also get 2 ounce sample sizes of the TC-3 Polish/Sealant xP, TC-5 Detail Spray, and TC-6 Car Wash along with a FREE pair of white micro fiber polishing bonnets ($5.99 value) for residue removal with the PC.
All of this for $149.29 and shipping charge of $8.95 in the continental US. Applicable sales tax for TX orders. We offer convenient one-stop shopping from your phone or desk top. Reach us at toll-free (866)341-0050 or order online from us at www.tropi-care.com.
