Default Top Tier Gas

Sorry if this was posted already but thought it would be intersting if it wasnt for those that care about what kind of gas they put into their car. Apparently gm bmw honda and toyota got together to rate the best detergent gases for cars here is the website http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html . Apparently the companies with the best gas companies are:

QuikTrip
Chevron
Conoco
Phillips
76
Shell
Entec Stations
MFA Oil Company
Kwik Trip/Kwik Star
The Somerset Refinery, Inc.
Chevron-Canada

Damn and I was putting in mobil1 and exxon religiously.

And not a single one of those companies is anywhere near me. Lame.

I usually put in Sunoco or Mobil... but who knows what's really going into it.

The state of Ohio does not even have a regulatory body to check and make sure gas stations are selling the stuff they advertsie. In all reality, we could think we're buying 91 oct. and actually be getting 83 or whatever. However, a local news station tested their own and found that stations were selling what they advertised.

Scary to think there is no-eye-in-the-sky making sure we don't get the rip.
