Default what kind of polish do u guys use?

I'm going to put the first coat of polish on my baby this weekend and was wondering what u guys use? I have already purchased the mothers clay bar kit (to remove contaminants from the paint). I thought about using the new mcguire's polish (one step above the gold class), but I'm open for suggestions.

the meguairs nxt wax was decent but for my liking I preferred Meguair's Gold Class wax.. to me it provides a deeper shine. Takes more work than the Nxt wax but i like the gold class, the more you buff the deeper the shine gets!

Don't mix a POLISH and a WAX up!!

Polish is for polishing out scratches, a Wax is a protective
coating!!

Klasse All In One, Klasse Sealer Glaze, S100 paste carnuba

That pic was only halfway thru the process, as well. I added one more coat of Klasse SG and the S100, it's even deeper looking now.

One of the guys at work just read an article that said Zaino was made by
Turtle Wax!! I can't say if that's true or not, sounds odd though. I'm hoping he can
find the article again.

If it is, it still is good stuff. I got a kit and it seems that some guy is making it in his garage. Photocopied instructions and cheesy labels on the bottles. But it works better than anything else.

Actually, at risk of rehashing this, many things come close. The detailing community at large generally does not consider Zaino to be the be-all, end-all of car detailing.

Wait i am confused since he was asking for polish not wax O_O
nxt tech was is a good wax and sealer, but it ddoesnt remove scratches.

I was also wondering which polish to buy for my tc since its covered with scratches?

Something that will work good witht the nxt tech since thats what i like to use.

well for those light scratches you might try meguairs Scratch X.. scratch remover.. a polisher is just to add a lustre to the shine because of age, it usually is added later on during the cars life.. that's how i've used it anyway..

For polish, I use 3M scratch and swirl remover..there is a dark and light color formula. This woud be applied with my Porter Cable DA Buffer. Then followed with several coats of zaino. Zaino is labeled as a polish even though it really is more of a sealant.

This is what you get when they all add up:

For polish I like Meg's DACP. If you meant wax, I use Pinnacle Souveran.
