I have seen them on ebay for good price. Otherwise you order from the factory. Check your owners manual...there is a phone number. There are three volumes, about 90.00 each I believe!! Vol 2 is the primary one you would want. There is also one for the electrical and another that is only for computer/fault codes. Oh yeah, one for the auto tranny as well.

I got one for my xA on eBay from JCManuals for about $100 for volumes 1 and 2. That's the best price I've found anywhere, and doing business with them was great. Very highly reccommended.

You can download it from toyota online. It cost $10 for one day of access. The bad news is that each chapter is a separate PDF--about 120 total. So if you dedicate a good 6 hours of your time, it can cost as little at $10. If you do it, make sure you rename the PDFs as the chapter number, because they are not in alphabetic or numeric order. They make it a ROYAL PAIN IN THE A$$, but in a way it's worth it if you use the manual a lot.

Search more for the URL. I don't know it off hand. I'll look and post again if I find it.

This guy nailed it. I highly recommend doing exactly what he said. You can get the repair manual, the auto tranny manual, all the wiring diagrams, all the TSBs, all the install instructions for the accessories, and more from here. In addition, you can do the same for any other Toyota car. I split the $10 with a friend who needed some stuff for his Tacoma. He ordered it at 10am and it was good until midnight the next night, so we got over a day and a half. If you do this, be certain to name each section with the section number at the top of each page. (i.e. 56-10 or 2-12)

It took me a little more than four hours to get everything I listed.

hahahaha.... yay for the search feature. I have already started saving the pdf files to the service manual. After I do all this hard work, I am willing to "help others"... just let me know.
