Who has had problems which required warrenty service?
So I pickup my box up tonight all excited and I mention to the kid who sold me the car I am looking at some Elibach springs, he told me I really should not do it because they 'can' void the warrenty and that most of the dealers will look for ANYTHING which they can blame something gone bad on.
My question is has anyone had anything major fixed and also have lowering springs in the car and not had an issue.
He said if I get TrD springs they won't say anything but man 1.25 is just not low enough for me. I mean I dont wanna be dragging but 1.6-2.0 is what i am looking for.

It's a knee-jerk reaction to not being sure how things work. They won't pull out a stamp and slap a "VOID" on your warranty if they see you put springs on it.
If, on the other hand, you replace the springs and then go in complaining that you're getting a squeaking noise in your front spring area, they are not going to fix it under warranty. They will charge you.
If you have engine trouble unrelated to your springs, your warranty is still in place. (Unless your aftermarket intake caused the problem  )
Long story short (too late  ), just keep all your stock parts and do a quick swap before you get it towed in...
