yep, i got the 4 month old gum off of the rear carpet. if you're wondering how it got there in the first place, it happened when my little sister wanted to take her 4 friends home. she thought that i would drive my mom's minivan. so 6 people was in my xB including 1 at the rear and that girl got gum on her shoe. so yeah, i got it off using GOO GONE...

yeah, i kinda forgot that i had a gum problem on my carpet. i thought it would be impossible to take off the gum until i got goo gone...

 

awesome! I think I'll try that. I used a compressed air can to freeze the gum and then chip it all off, but there are some remnants still there. I think I've got goo gone at home

 

steam cleaner would get it off too
