Hey there, Sean - I was in the original thread last year regarding the Alpine Head Unit defect. Got it replaced at my local dealership (World Toyota/Scion in Atlanta, GA) and now it sounds GREAT! Got a new question for you - if you can't help - possibly you know someone who can:

I started another thread recently regarding an air leak/door/window seal vibration on the driver's side door of the tC2. Evidently lots of others have been experiencing the same problem. I had the seal around the window track replaced, as did one other poster on the thread, which did not fix the problem. It is minor, but very annoying. Has any sort of service bulletin been issued regarding this? How would we go about reporting this as an actual issue and getting resolution?
