what is the time frame we should expect to know when we are scheduled for flight wise...

and techinically this was our "informal" notice.. when should we expect the formal notice ... and what format does that come in ??? (mail or e-mail???)

and... how long should we expect it to take to know when we fly in..

and is it too late to request we fly out a later date?

sorry for all the questions.. since i just found out this past week and the trip is kind of close... would like to figure this stuff out asap!

I did fax in my form a few minutes ago ...

you should check the FAQ's thread... you might find the answered to some of your questions... that or post all this there...

 

Just make sure to have in all your forms by today--seeing how today is day 5 since we found out. I'm sure it will get worked out...

 

I just found out that I am a winner today. I faxed in the registration info, but do I need to mail it too? And I didn't even get to read about the flight info yet...hopefully I will learn more about that...if not, I'll be posting here again, lol.

 

there is no need to mail it since a fax option is available.

you can do what a couple others did.... when they faxed in the paperwork they asked to be informed if it was received. Marco, who is in charge of this.. replied to everyone that requested that from what i hear...

at least you'll know they received your paperwork.

 

As far as I know--you don't need to mail and fax. I'd just keep my confirmation from the fax handy.

You will get your flight info about 3 days after they receive your paperwork, well that is when I got mine.

 

well you dont get your flight info right away... they have to book your flight and all it might take a couple of days.

for all those that are worried someone e-mailed darren and he said that he will personally be calling e-mailing and PMing anyone that they don't have paperwork for and that nobody needs to worry. He has asked sixth wave winners to try to be patient and wait untill next week before e-mailing him because everyone should get more information this week

I emailed him, this is what it said...

"I will not let anyone fall through the cracks. Monday or Tuesday Scion will send me an updated list of who needs paperwork, etc. I am going to personally start calling people that do not have everything in on time. You can relax for now, but if you don't get your flight info by Friday then definitely give me another yell. DarrenScionLife"
