Okay, so I'm seeing a lot of people in several threads saying that they will be on a tight budget for the Miami trip. As you know, we'll be on Scion's dime all Friday basically including the late-night party. That's cool and will help everyone's pocketbook.

For those looking for something that is 100% free to do on Thursday night/Friday late/whatever do not forget where you are. South Beach Miami is one of the best places in the world for people-watching.

When we went out to this joint in January this year we spent one whole night just walking around South Beach and watching the people. Folks of ALL ages are out an about on the streets between 10pm and 5am easily. It's awfully entertaining. If you want to know where to go, I can tell you where I went when we get down there.

Now I'm not 100% sure of what I'll be doing myself, but here's an option for those who are underage/don't party/are broke/whatever and still want a good time down there.

You don't really even need a tour guide for this, just walk around and watch people. It really is kind of fun . . . although I was more of the drunk guy being watched, then the guy who was watching people . . . somehow I think going with Anna will keep me a little more sober this time around. . . . maybe not!

Yeah... the lack of money thing was a problem at first...

But really, I'll only have to fend for myself on Thursday night, when I'll spend part of the $80 from Scion to eat some dinner. Friday's lunch... paid for... then the event, then after-party. Wake up on Saturday and I'm headed home.

In the end, I should be up a few bucks from the $80 Scion's giving us.

 

I think Thurs night is gonna be as much fun as the free stuff....it's a free-for-all-do-what-you-want-you're-in-MIAMI-so-live-it-up kind of night. Sounds good to me.

Oh yeah....I'm so ready already! I'm definately a people watcher...and I will have my camera handy to catch crazy moments. This will be my first time to Florida!

 

People watchin is cool, drunk people watchin is even better. Think ill keep myself somewhat sober so im not the watchee.
