IF YOU NEED SPECIAL ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS...
If special room accommodations are needed because of handicap or disability, please drop Darren@ScionLife.com an e-mail so he can get that information into the system prior to room reservations being made.
Since room assignments will be coming out very soon, that means get those "self-identification" notices to him ASAP.
You do not need to state WHY you need the accommodation, just the type of accommodation you need (wheelchair accessible, hearing impaired, mobility impaired, etc.). Doesn't need to be a formal notification, just that e-mail note telling what you need.
As a quick example of ADA accommodated rooms at Loews Miami Beach:

**NOTICE!!!**
Well, as of 3:14P PST yesterday, it doesn't appear that the "Special Needs" information made it to the reservations folks at Loews Miami Beach. So far I've checked on two, and neither were flagged for their needs, per the hotel.
I'm in the process of correcting those.
