I think I will be spending my first day in Miami at the casino. Does anyone want to share a taxi with me? I am thinking about leaving the hotel on the 14th either before or after the afternoon rush hour (so either 4pm or 7pm).

I found a casino that's not too far away (25 miles)... if at all interested, let me know!

how about we all just throw down and play poker on the beach with some sweet beachside guitar and a campfire . . . oh hell, let's ditch the poker and just get wild and drunk on the beach!

 

Hahaha, doesn't sound like a bad idea, but I really miss the casinos. I used to go to school in LA and was at Commerce Casino anywhere from 3-7 days a week. :-P

 

I am not much for gambling. But the Hardrock is supposed to be an awsome casino... Its only 26 miles.

I love Casinos.. this idea sounds much better than going to the clubs.

 

They are all indian casinos. It just depends on who they teamed up with.

hard rock would be cool i've been to the one in Tampa it's like going to a hard rock cafe but way better. they had a cool bar area and a restaurant that turned club after midnight with go go dancers and all that so you really don't even have to gamble to have a good time..i'm sure this place is set up the same?

So what time do you guys want to leave to the casino? We can definitely arrange leaving the hotel together, but as for coming back... I might not make it back till very late, lol.

I think if we left at 7PM, that would give everyone enough time to get settled in to their rooms, and grab a quick bite to eat. 7PM in the lobby sound good to everyone? Let me know who wants to catch a ride together, and I'll try to make a list.
