There are quite a few places around the hotel on Ocean Blvd. that do not cost big $$$ for a cover. They usually run $10-$15 at the door, but the drinks ARE pricey. I think I was paying $7 for a Corona last time I was down there. As you go farther down, the nicer clubs do cost more at the door and you do spend a good deal of time in line. 609 in the Coconut Grove cost me $50 at the door and over an hour in line, and I was with a hot girl! Otherwise, I never would have got in.
The point is, you can hit a few places on Ocean without breaking the bank. They ALL have a hot night life no matter what time of year it is.

There are many, many, many places all around our hotel. You can walk a half mile and pass 20 places. Depends on what you like... There are some places that are bigger/nicer/more over priced than others. But basically all of the clubs/bars down there have the same vibes. Everyone's out to have a good time! :-D

 

I'm not worried...we are going to find something to do...I'm just sad I'm not going to have more time to explore, it's my first time in Florida and I'm eager to see some new places!

 

I just want a decent priced place with some good music and cute faces!

that's awesome. I was just pulling your chain. I've never even been to Delaware. Seems like one of those places where "you're not really missing anything" ...

 

I hear Delaware is nice....I've never been there though...I'm only familiar with the Southwest states....

 

delaware is great, no tax! and its the first state and where i live.. im 30 minutes to Baltimore, Philly.. about an hour from Atlantic city.. 1hour 30 from new york.. its perfect!

so has anyone decided where they are going...depending on what time i get to the hotel i probably end up at suite or mansion...suggestion from a friend that lives out there.
