Holy Crap! That is one NICE hotel! I've never stayed or hell, even entered a hotel that nice!

And the Shore Club where the party will be at.... WOWZERS!

I am so glad we got that information. My poor husband... I'm just sitting here rubbing it in, lol.

Just some info for those that are interested.....

I called the hotel and spoke with Christina...she said that you can request late checkout until 12 noon if it's available for no additional charge...in addition, you can check your luggage at the bell stand (no charge) for the remainder of your day and use the facilities ALL DAY....and then just pick it up when you're ready to go.

Then I was thinking about different ways to get to the airport since transportation is only provided with option A.....so I got the following info from the hotel as well:

You have two options....if you decide to go with flight options B or C.....

1 - There's a service called "Super Shuttle"....which is $20 per person and takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

2 - Take a taxi....which is $32 flat fee plus an additional $1 per person and takes approximately 20-30 minutes...

Just thought I'd share the info....

XoBxPleasuresoX, Great research!

With 300+ Scion owners there, I doubt I will have much trouble finding a couple people to share a cab with.

Thanks!!!

That's what I'm saying....even if you're just TWO people....it's still cheaper to take a taxi....and it's less time too

I am SOOOOOO excited, I can't wait to pack my bags and get to the airport....

That reminds me of something else, especialy for us guys and gals from out here in the boonies...

Per BMG, "appropriate dress" for the events is "casual business wear" which for men translates to collared shirt and slacks, and the equivalent for women. Hate to have someone not pack that sort of stuff and either try to show up in T-shirt and shorts or have to buy something there...

I am lovin' your lower avatar, L4rry.

Thanks for that info, Tomas. I was looking forward to living a day of my life out of business casual, but I guess that's not going to happen.

Clean jeans should be OK. (Marco said he'll be in Jeans and a dress shirt.)
Old faded jeans with holes and paint all over, well, no...

Be happy to load it up if ya let me know, but I normally don't connect up unless I'm expecting someone. (AIM: Tomas xB)

After you guys printed out and submitted the form did they send you something in the mail? If so, how long did it take?

Thanks,

nothing will come in the mail as of yet....Darren will eventually post whether or not they received your paperwork.....but this isn't your official notification yet.
