I have relatives from Louisiana that moved here for 1 yr till we had an earthquake and they were gone like the next week.

 

I'll take my chances with random earthquakes instead of hurricanes every year. They're kinda fun as long as you survive. I've been thru a 7.2

 

I don't know....I don't want to live here because I don't like hurricaines. If I get stuck in an evacuation again like last year, forget it, I will take my chances and drown!
I can't wait to meet all of you in Miami...it's going to be da chit!

I always wonder about people saying they might not get to do something because their significant other won't "let" them do it. I'm sure the marriage wouldn't end if you went, you're not owned after all. But if you've done things in the past to warrant his worrying, the I can't blame anyone for having the same stance.
