Registered. I'm sending in my forms tomorow.

 

On the form... "name as it appears on birth certificate". My birth certificate has my maiden name on it. At some point was I to get a new birth certificate that reflected my married name?

Logically, I would think my legal, married name should go on all forms.

I'd just die if I filled this SOB out wrong and got tossed from the winners list!

 

Use your current legal name. If they have a problem later they can take it up with me. I think they were referring to the first name... as in Jennifer or whatever.

woo hoo my wife is a winner! question - if she can't go for some reason, can i go instead? it's registered for both of us to one screen name, but we both signed up . . . i am assuming she has to go and if she can't we forfeit. i think she can, but i am worried that her school finals will interfere now that i look at it . . . you know, registered thinking we wouldn't win, lol.

 

i just looked, and her last finals are on the 14th . . . if she can't move her final around, has anyone tried requesting a late flight, or is it just whatever they give you?
