When I try the check-in button on aa.com it says I have to check in with an agent because the flight needs to be one operated by AA. My itinerary says American Airlines operated by Horizon Air.... weird......

You have to go to Horizon Air's website to check in then.

No, there is no assigned seat. Not only do I and the two others on my flight have no assigned seat but it won't allow us to assign one either. Both our flights out there are the same way but the ones on the way back have assigned seats and we're able to switch seats if we want.

AA won't let me print mine because my flight out of PDX is operated by Alaska Air, and they won't let me print it out because my conformation code is from AA, grrrr, guess I will be standing in line, good thing I am getting there early
