I hope all you folks are battering at Scion to get attention to this - just one voice won't do it.

...of course if they'd have let me take a decent camera in there I'd have a printable set of shots of that big one patched together.

Tom you could just go get everyone's pictures and that we posted and remake it, your memory is still good right?

 

The lady I spoke to sounded as if she would honestly try to get my request to the right people.

I made it very clear to her that I appreciated everything Scion has done and would be more then willing to purchase a poster/t-shirt.

 

At one time, James, I could likely have done just that and not missed very much (having a near photographic memory - an eidetic memory - was very helpful to an engineer). Since my stroke in 2000, though, it just doesn't work right anymore. Heck, I even had to learn fairly good sized chunks of English all over again, and some days are still a lot better than others.

Glad you found someone that seemed to listen, Maria. I really feel if they get enough people contacting them, and if at least SOME of the front line people pass the information on to the right people, we might have a chance.

I just sent another email requesting a poster....So hopefully they will hear the masses.

 

What are they going to do with the collage? Did anyone here of what might happen to it? I would also like a poster of it, me and my girl had a couple of pics on it.

 

I believe the most credible rumor is the cover of the next Scion mag - but that's too small for a good framed image, and it will have printing over portions of it.

A poster of it would be simple and inexpensive for them to do, they already have signed releases for use of the images, and we are even willing to BUY the posters. We aren't asking for a whole lot.

also passing this post on to the regional reps here in NY & hopefully they can pass word up higher that we are willing to pay $$$ for a poster of the collage & a DVD of all the photos taken of us from the slide show :D

what you could do is someone posted a pic of a car that was made from hundreds of pics, take all of the pics from those two threads, and the ones that have been posted since everyone got back and see what you could do with a program like that
