I haven't ever had a flight delayed in Chicago before... but we always traveled through there in the spring/summer so, I am assuming you're talking about wintery conditions then, eh?

 

uh... crap... missed that window.... came via email... but after the lighting storm we had earlier this week i had intermitent net axs ... some sites would work.. but email server not reachable... then other sites would work and the ones that did before didnt...

oh well will try... tho in the grand scheme of things... $50-100 to change flight to an other wise 1200 value trip.. not that bad...

 

yeah I was talking about the wintery conditions... either way, ORD and MDW seem to be at the bottom of the list for "on-time" departures... (http://www.bts.gov/programs/airline_.../table_06.html) ... But I doubt that you'll have any problems flying through there... Flight delays don't happen that often really.

 

Heh. I'm really no better off flying through Houston and Philadelphia.

 

Me neither. Two stops just gives us more chances of delays.

 

glad I only have one stop each way, the first leg home is going to be a long flight, 6+ hours, to san fran, haven't been on a plane that long since I was in Okinawa, in 1964, lol.

 

Im laid over in Chicago too. Im not too worried.

 

Have yet to get my confirmation but I am hoping only to have one stop compared to the original 3~ (Am I close enough to be considered a wa____onian?

Lol I concur! Looks like this place is rocking! So has there been any set plans yet as to what is going to exactly happen in Miami? Party wise as in meeting Thursday, plans on Friday?

 

we are planning to hit up a burger place after everyone gets in on Thurs. night, not exactly sure on the time, most will be getting in around 9pm, dinner time for us, lol.

 

Yeah thats perfect eating time for us and I am sorry but we will be vamished after shamefully picking through our airline meals

 

well, you won't have to worry about picking through the airline meal since you won't get one....unless of course you're desperate enough to pay for it.

 

After an entire day sitting on airplanes, I will not be embarrassed at all to devour a $10 Cheesburger at Cheeseburger Baby in Miami at 10PM. :D

I keep seeing "Free Delivery" on their stuff, and since the place looks absolutely packed in the pics, maybe if the weather is nice we could even find a patio or something to sit around outside at the hotel and eat. Anyway, I'm having something from there my first night in Miami Beach. :D

I would totally be up to pullling up there with us in all of our scions but I right now see us showing up in a hotel van or a couple taxis and yeah does not look good.
