What is a mail in winner? Was there a place you could mail in a registration to sign up or something?

 

probably they sent in their entry via postcard instead of internet...

one of those "fine print" clauses...lol

i read once that if some 1 has a contest with multiple prizes... and offer a write in option to enter (vs online or like mcd's game pieces). they have to reserve a portion of the prizes for write in entries..

 

neat
