^ skipping breakfast slows your metabolism, but I'm sure you know that. And while I love pancakes I'm too much of a health nut to eat them.

< was an hour early, as usual, but wants to go to the cafe now with her admin to get fruit.

^ yeah breakfast is great . I had scrambled eggs w/ ketchup (lol - this grosses out my g/f), bagel with Philly cream cheese and a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. yum

< bored at work - almost lunch time!! freedom!!! lol!!
