Anywho's, sponsorships arn't easy to get... at least not legit ones. Places like "SportCompact Pro" are scams. You should NEVER have to pay for a sponsorship. Companies like SCP charge you a fee, and give you a "$10,000" sponsorship or whatever. What they actually are is something more along the lines of a warehouse... selling parts at cheaper prices.
Real sponsorships are hard work. You have to have a great deal of work and parts into your car to begin with, go to tons of shows, etc. Your car has to be appealing to them, because afterall, their name is going on your car. If you don't have a lot of mods and haven't put a great deal of work into your car, odds are they're not going to sponsor you. You have to think... if a company sponsors you, you are representing them everytime you go anywhere in your car. Even your words and actions, not necessarily just your car, are a representation of that company. If you had a big company, would you want an unmodded car representing you?
I think we all wish they were that easy to get... but unfortunately they're not. Our car club had 3 big company sponsors for the CLUB... everyone in the club got a percentage discount or parts at cost, but we went to tons of shows/races/events and always made sure to conduct ourselves in a professional manner. Our sponsors were:
Andy's Autosport (we dropped them, we never even got our stickers, let alone trying to get through to them if we wanted parts)
HighRev Motorsports (closed their business, another large unnamed company screwed them over HARDCORE, and they got tired of drama and such and decided to close up shop and move onto other things. I know this factually, because the owners of that company are my brother-in-law's best friends)
RSM Racing (specialized largly in J-body parts, apparently there were owner issues between two of the head guys, quality of parts went down, huge mess, WENT out of business moreso unvoluntarily).
We had some smaller more local sponsors too.
It's a lot of work trust me (I'm the car club President, and we expanded to allow more than just j-bodies now). Plus there's a much higher standard for individual sponsorships than club ones, but even at that it's still a ton of work.
Hope that helped.

the best way to get sponsored is to offer your car to a new company but i dont know of any right now
