Howdy folks! I quit smoking March of this year and that was the Catalyst which started getting my life in order and back into shape. I'm running my first race September 26th in Esparto, CA (Warrior Dash). It's a 3 1/2 mile course through very mountainous terrain with 12 obstacles.

I'm also signed up as a Warrior for St. Jude with my team, Team Catalyst, and am trying to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - and we are asking for your support to help us reach our goal.
