This guy had 20 of these phones for sale. i had a bid at a dollar along with some other people. The guy cancels the auction with the reason being (not making this up) that he doesnt ahve any phones and it was a mistake relists phones (20 of them) with a "new" shipping charge of 38 dollars apiece with mandatory insurance. I had no choice but to make a equally outrageous bid. Here is a link to the guy

No, the previous auction... He listed the phone, Duker bid a dollar on it. So the seller cancels and says he doesnt have that phone that was listed. So he lists it again, so Duker knowing the seller doesnt have the phone, bid millons as a joke...

Make sense? Am I right?

Actually i knew the guy did have the phone he relisted them with a higher shipping rate (38.95 per phone WITH mandatory insurance) so i decided to shut him down

he listed 20 phones, cancelled me and 4 other bids saying he didnt have the phones, then relisted 20 of the exact phones so i bid oon 20 of em @ 4 million apiece

check out the guys feedback he rips people off but ebay doesnt care cause he makes them good money on commissions.
