I love to see that you are excited about helping to get this project completed! I'm stuck without the help of this community, and the emails and replies have fizzled out.

The first photo you posted, of a 91 Carina, shows up as a red X for me... but that is OK since that car is not on my list. I am only doing US-spec cars and the Carina was only imported to the US from 71-73.

The 81 Supra is a PERFECT photo, exactly what I am looking for in a photo! Unfortunately I have already illustrated that car and don't need that model anymore.

The 81 Celica and Land Cruiser FJ40 have also already been completed and are no longer on my list. There are only nine cars on the list in the fist page of this topic. Check out the list (and there is a photo of each car to make it easier) and see if you can find photos that I can use. Remember, if it isn't a perfect side profile then I can't use it.

Those are close, but I need high-res photos that are exactly from the side. The camera is a bit high on all of those, and not centered on a couple. They are close, but I think the only way that I am going to finish this project from this point is to find actual cars that can be photographed.

 

i am sure you could find some on E-bay that mayeb close by to you.. and then go and visit, takes some pictures.. or craig's list.

 

Yeah, I watch CL and eBay... but in the past 6 months or so nothing local has surfaced for the cars that are remaining. That is why I am hoping that ScionLife members will keep their eyes open. Its frustrating when you are so close to finishing a project and you just can't get it done!

 

Ahh.. I hope you can make a profile of the pic I sent. I hope i can get the last pair of IIP stickers you posted about in the other thread.* fingers crossed*

Nah I mailed it to him earlier today when I came across this thread and I realized I still had his pic on my camera.

oh ya i found him a Toyota Corona 71-74 but i guess hes keeping it in reserves, i wish i could get another goody package for it lol
