I remember...Munch traded it in to me for the tC, which the tC is now for sale $18,500 obo
I started out with the xB, went turbo, sold it and got the tC. Supercharged that and then totalled it...now rockin the Acura TSX and the Yamaha R6
Waiting for over a mth to get a tC was no joke... totaling my first one after having it 1 mth and having to wait another month for another one... *sigh* had everything almost stock until this year, i went modding crazy..
Thanks for the love Dave!!

^^Oh man!!
I should have lowered it sooner!! Looks like I'm 4x4'n it!!
I was against the look (clear with all those damn colors) of the TYCs, not the TYCs themselves. That's why I painted mine red!
I'm too lazy right now to look up my SL #. I'll try later tonight.
My changes have been subtle. My "profile" lists them all. I still have my 2 sets of wheels...
Now...

Summa time...

I remember 'making' my tC on Scion.com and taking the printed paper to my local Scion dealer. (In fact, they were the only ones selling Scions back in 'o4! Now there is 4 Scion dealers around me.) Me and the guy sat down and built my tC on his computer. After that, he told me it would be here in 2 weeks. What a wait! Finally, I took her home on Sept. 30, 2004.
I chose the tC over the Mazda 3 and I'm really glad I did. I
my tC!!

I remember the frustration with Scion back in the day. I wanted to test drive a tC but they couldn't keep them on the lot long enough!
So, I ordered a BSP tC in Sept 04 without ever getting to test drive it. They told me it would be about 4-6 weeks. A week later I found out that I was going to Afghanistan so I cancelled the order. Got back from A-stan in late December 04 and ordered again... still took almost a month to arrive!

Found an easier way to find out your SL #.
The last five digits in the web address of the member list represent the member number:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/mem...SC&start=23600
#10000 joined May 2005 - #20000 joined May 2006, #30000 joined December 2006, etc. Your profile tells when you joined, if you're not sure - just replace the member # in the address with any number , hit go, and see what page/date it takes you to. Then just adjust the number up or down to find your date.
(I did 23500 for example, which is 26 July 06 - I knew I joined 29 Jul 06, so I knew I was close - scrolled up a few pages, I'm 23620.)
Hella easier than scrolling through a thousand pages one at a time.
