it is about a kid nicknamed "weak legs" who ends up at a dojo run by the world's strongest people. of course there is a love interest, and a hero who prevails against small hoodlum gangs that think they are the coolest in school. you know the story because most animes use the same plot sort of.. haha

I just unpacked a box of about 400 VHS tapes of Anime last night. I think they have been packed up for almost 10 years now.
Legend of the overfiend, Ranma, Neo-tokyo, Mighty space miners, Giant robo, Burn-up, Iczer - everthing, Those who hunt elves, Irresponsible capt Taylor, and quite a bit of Japornamation. (blush)

It was in my basement. Been in boxes from when I moved along time ago. Just now have made some space for them.

I worked at Suncoast videos a long time ago. It was easy to keep up with Anime back when it was coming over here one or two titles a month. I started falling behind when it was new stuff each week. Gave up buying everything when when I quit. So I have stuff that was never in print (as far as I know) on DVD.
Now I only buy stuff that looks cool on DVD.
I just gave away all my laser disc anime. And the LD player.

 

Fathom Events will be showing the live action movie of "Death Note" on May 20-21 at select theaters. I already have my tickets!!!
