Default Anti-photo License Plate Cover

Do anti-photo license plate covers actually work? I just got a ticket in the mail for not stopping while turning right on a red light, so I'm thinking about investing in one of these...http://www.ontrackcorp.com/

I wish I could find it again but I read a whole thing where our local news station and a police department tried them all out. It didn't work, not one bit.

I don't know about the cover though. I know they didn't try that, they had only tried the spray.

Sorry to hear about your ticket.

No doesnt work. I watched mythbusters the other day and they did a couple of different test i.e hair spray glittered plate cover, and theres no way to beat a flash.

Any cover on a license plate in CA is illegal anyway and I would think if it was on the front it would be a cop magnet.
