Just seeing if anyone is jumping into the shooting game now ~ it seems most car guys eventually tire of modding and move onto other hobbies. Along the way, most pick up photography (someone's gotta take pictures of your hard work, right?!) and eventually move into guns (or golf). Tons of my contacts in the industry have moved into firearms.

Anyone here jump into the firearms game?

My humble beginnings:
Glock 21, Ruger Scout and building a custom mid-length AR-15

 

Springfield XD9 sub-compact. This gun is on point! My dad bought a Beretta PX4 9mm compact a while back, those are pretty slick as well. The awesome thing is that the shop I work at is in the same parking lot as an indoor shooting range, and all of our employees get free lane rental.

As for other hobbies, I as well have moved on from cars. Right now I'm pretty heavy into motorcycling. I also just started working on getting my Private Pilot License a few weeks ago as well!

 

Ahh, awesome stuff. I have the gun bug right now, so we'll see what happens hahaha. A few of my friends (and I) are looking into getting a FFL. There aren't too many gun shops in the area and it seems to be a decent business (the small stores we've gone to are usually busy as heck).

 

I just sold my G37; in order to buy more car parts. Haha. Priorities, son!

 

The Glock 37. I might pick up a different Glock though. Either 17 or 19.

 

I had a Glock 19 but then traded that for a Ruger Mini-14. After that I sold it for some cash to pay for books. Years later I own a custom built mil-spec AR15.
