I bought some stuff from scionlife membersusing paypal to transfer money, what can i do if i dont receive any package after a week.

Try contacting the seller here.
You can try opening a thread in the buyer/seller experiences, thread, but that's not going to do much.
Otherwise, you need to file a claim with paypal. It will help your case if you try to resolve it first. A week isn't really that long, either. You gotta remember that dealing with personal sales isn't the same as buying from a store, stuff comes up, shipments get delayed, etc... try contacting the seller first, then file a claim if the seller isn't helpful.
