Default Can i do this with my rims?

So, i have a set of 18's i got for my tc last summer, and i wanted to see if i could change the color of them to gunmetal? They are silver with a polished lip..

Do you think i could bring them to a rim shop, and have them painted Gun metal? i think it would look nice with my Flint mica.. im just unsure if its possible to do.

what do u guys think

a nice powdercoat will last for a good amount of time without chipping.
unless of course you have some guy with a bunch of rocks or a bb gun firing at your car...
