so i am planning on building a new computer, and want to know fi this looks like a good build. i chose the cpu to just hold out until bulldozer is released. any advice?

PSU: Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

Can someone recommend a cpu cooler that will work for now, and when i upgrade to bulldozer? then im gonna order. any other advice?

if i do that, do i have to water cool the whole computer? and i was hoping for a specific item number/name, so i know its compatible with my plans.
