yes, this forum runs with tuner culture. im not saying modding is bad. but there comes a time when enough is enough.

i just paid my school loans. i wanted an emanage.

loans - +1
emanage - 0

LOL. I bought the supercharger. I thought I wouldn't spend much on this car like I did my cav. Oh well. I make enough though to support modding and life, so no debt, no worries.

i agree i paid my student loan instead of putting toward my audio system. the way i see it (and im including myself on this) when the income tax money is gone or almost gone the modding slows down.

ditto

supercharger is making me happy. its a different car without it.

but cost of living in california is getting ridicolous. you need to live 50million miles away from work to get a good house.

how can i afford 500k house alone. + utility + mortgage +kids if any +other bills + cars +food.

understood. Cali is hella expensive. :D

Pittsburgh, not so much.

Of course I am considering a move to the Portland area, so that is not so cheap. I will have to save money for that one. But it is like 2-3 years out, so plenty of time.

we're not going crazy on ours, but at this stage in our lives we've earned the chance to "play" at least a little bit.... no sense putting in all those 50hr weeks if you can't have some fun with it...

the dyno cost more than the valve. an hour on the dyno was $80 and I bought two shirts $30. So $110 on the dyno plus a quarter tank of gas.

bypass valve: $50.

No more spending for a while. Time to save. Girlfriend's birthday is June 6th.

debt sucks, i was allright all i had was like 2grand of debt, i had just bought a brand new microsuede sectional, and my new wheelz, HP EVOs 18x8s and then boom, my girls VW acts retarded---ends up needing new suction jet pump hoses/cleaning, and all four rotors are warped(dont ask, i dont know how they got like that!)

So there i was back to 3 grand in debt ---just like right when i got married.....

It never ends....oh well, atleast i bought my wheels before her car broke otherwise i'd still be rockin stockies

its like the more money i make the more i spend doubled.

i dont like to mod anything on the outside just to avoid cops and theft.
