i recently purchased Takata harnesses and when i went to attach them the eyebolt that came with them only fit in 2 out of 6 of the holes that they were supposed to go in.

me and Pete PMed each other back and forth for a while and he gave me alot of good ideas on how to get them to work that i would have never thought of.

 

Pete is tight! He has the recaro seats, maybe a recaro engine cover? And plus, the pedo bear profile? Really? must we harm the man with pedobear in his profile?

i have no clue wat exactly happened to pete? i never dealt with him personally for help or anything BUT i always saw hwo he tried to help others on here either wit wheels and info to FI to All motor talks never really saw anything bad from him every1 jokes wit every1 on here

yeah what rules did he break? didnt see anything bad on his post.. last time i checked one of his thread he was just selling that recaro material for the seats

well Pete used to be bad bout getting on people really bad and not giving the noobs any slack bout dumb questions or not using the SEARCH button like they should cause it is a RULE. But he was warned and he got better. They just finally decided to get him cause of a post like 3 weeks ago and for his past actions and having to be warned more than once. Understandable in a way but if we were to ban people that didn't follow the rules then we would ALL be banned.

 

^ very true every1 is the same every1 has alot of smart things to say but its also not ALL SERIOUS if thats the case every1 on here should be banned. people that try to sell even if they dont have 50 posts. people who dont use the search button. people who make new threads on the same exact things these are all "broken rules" y arent those people getting banned?

Exactly why is was most likely not because of his past actions....Just like hoodie said, the previous thread he started was in the wrong section and it got locked. Last time I checked when someone posted something in the wrong section the thread got MOVED not LOCKED.....
I may not be considered an "OG" but Ive been around here longer than most, so there are plenty of things I could say but OP asked to keep it clean and plus I dont feel like being the next one banned ......


Pete and I have had plenty of long project discussions, have done countless aftermarket installs on tCs all around Miami, and have an unending racing rivalry (which will resume again mid-jan at the track so stay tuned.... )...o and the both of us along with another good friend is trying to setup with a shop to help out the Scion community in South Florida....

 

pete has been on here helping people with tc related issues for a long time. i really need to find another forum. this site has just gotten ridiculous with all the banishments.
