I ordered Hotchkis springs from them about a month ago. A week and a half later after I paid extra to get them shipped fast I got the wrong springs. They had the springs picked up the next day and I got the tracking number at the same time. The springs got back to the guy on the 20 of march. Now I still have no springs and so I went to the website to get the phone number I used to order the springs and the number I used to tell them they made a mistake. Today I called the number and I got a phone disconnected answering machine. I emailed them just now but if anything will happen, who knows.

 

hmm i've used them in the past for my supra with great results.

 

I've dealt with them. THEY SUCK

I placed an order, got NO response after I emailed them probably 30 times. Then two months later they tell me the item was backordered but should be in within the week. 3 weeks later, I got nothing. Filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Wrote the Pres. a complaint email and negatively filled out that Yahoo! survey on them.

They suck. There prices look pretty good, but don't let it fool ya.

 

i'm just going to guess that since they are trying to do it all and sell more than just supra parts their quality and inventory is not what it is for supra's . sorry guys.

 

I wouldn't order off of them even if I had a supra.

 

when i had my supra i got my parts quick , fast and easily.

all i'm saying. I wouldn't buy scion parts from them but whatever.
