It's not like anyone even cares about it. The game is horrible and a 100% wasted of time for the few involved with it.

I'm not a hockey fan at all but i don't see how you can call hockey a waste of time without saying all sports are a waste of time.

LOL... i heard an interview with one of the ducks players and he was saying that he is going to take the cup back to montreal for his 24 hours with it. SO it still ended up in Canada...

 

At least it isn't soccer.

I had absolutely no interest in either team, and thought most of the finals were absolutely horrible hockey, but it was nice to see Pronger get to hoist the cup. I've been a Blues fan for many, many years and Pronger was both a class act and a great player when he was with the Blues.

 

Why? Cause then it would be the world's most popular sport?

 

No, then it would be the same sport, minus the two things that keep it entertaining: ice and fighting.

Edit: And the most entertaining aspect of all: drunk Canadians.
