If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Lehman Brothers in August your shares would now be worth $0.00.
If you had bought $1000.00 worth of AIG in August your shares would now be worth $33.00.
If you had bought $1000.00 worth of beer in August, drank it all, then recycled the cans, you would now have about $214.00.
Think about it people.
