Well yea I know the money from gas goes towards the fed. highway bank account, but that money is also being sucked out by other committees/groups and what not. Just finding out whohas their hands in that money pot is confusing.

I actually wish they would jack the price of fuel up to $7 or $8 a gallon. This country is so far out of line with the rest of the world with the SUV and pointless driving that it almost needs a slap in the face.
Sure it would suck, and affect people, but sometimes that's the only way to make people change.
