dang! I lifted and man, my arms are sore... I need to find more chest work outs... My abs are killing me too.. workin on my 6 pack so I can show it off for C! :D

I love lifting, beat the crap outta my muscles. You should be sore every single day. My muscles are sore 24/7 and it's awesome. Been losing weight too, im still 260, but my pants and shirts fit better and I had to buy a new belt WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
