PATRIOTS!
I'm from Mass, went to the game in Chicago on Sunday - it was awesome!
I don't think anybody expected them to whoop Da Bears like that...but we'll take it!

I hope so. Saints have been looking decent of late. They have Pierre Thomas back, Bush is back and now Ivory seems to be pounding the turf as well. So, the three headed monster of a backfield looks sharp.

Brees has looked sharp as ever.

The wide receiver core looks a touch slumpy. Shockey is beat up, but Thomas and the other fella are stepping up. Colston is coming back to form.....Moore has been stepping up a lot....

The Saints D though, IMO has looked MEH......Any team can run the ball on them decently. Secondary is still kind of weak.

Pats looked very impressive again.

Bears D looked good for sure.

Falcons seem to be playing damn good football with Matty Ice, Turner and White doing some work.

Saints looked poor on Sunday. It was a disappointing day.

Even as a Pats fan, I don't think I would call Sunday's game 'impressive'. They got lucky - Matt Flynn did MUCH better than anybody expected in place of Rodgers. Good thing he wet his pants in the last few seconds, and fell apart under the pressure - otherwise Green Bay would have taken that game.

Bears HAD to look good against the Vikings, against a 3rd string QB? Please......the cheerleaders could have played, and outcome would have been the same lol. So sad to see Favre get his head smashed into the 'ice' too. Is he FINALLY going to be gone? Enough already.

Bears - Green Bay should be an awesome game next week though.

Pats offense has been clicking well, but continues to need to do so because their defense is sketchy at best. (offense rank #9, defense #28

Bears D continues to look good and has for weeks. There is a reason why they are #8 best defense in the NFL right now: Turnover differential. They have TONS of turnovers they create, which keeps their 30th ranked offense in the mix.

Vikes, Mr. Favre aka the turn-over king this season as a whole leading the NFL in interceptions. He has an impressive run over several seasons for sure. He needs to just give it up!

As far as Flynn, he played pretty damned good IMO. He threw 24/37 251yds 3TDs and 1 INT. Hell, he had a better game than the Bills starter Fitzpatrick had all season long!!

Had to? Hmm...lets talk about HAD to. We never told the Vikings they HAD to kick it to Devin Hester twice in one game. Even the Raiders know not to kick it to Hester. They simply shot themselves in the foot, twice. First time, Hester was a few yards away from a touchdown. Second, Hester makes them pay and the rest is history. 14 career all time returns.

Side note: Farve is arguably the best quarterback that has ever played in the NFL, next to Jerry Rice but he should have stayed retired. And he should have never taken those naughty pictures lol. A rookie basically ended his career. If he stayed in the game, the outcome would be no different. If Adrian Peterson was playing, the outcome would be no different.

Can someone explain to me how the Pats lost to lonely Cleveland?

Peyton Hillis.

I agree. He had excellent run, but it's best to exit while on top.

Who was traded away by Denver, along with Jay Cutler. Any wonder why Josh McDaniels is now on the unemployment line?
