You can now use 411 info for free by dialing 1-800-FREE-411 Or 1-800-373-3411. The only catch is having to listen to a 5 second advertisment. Hope this saves many of you alot of money

Its the automated voice lady. Takes like 1 and a half minutes.

 

interesting - i like att (cingular blue's) #121 free voice info - since these both will charge you some airtime

 

They said on the news where I heard about it that the ad was only to be like 5 seconds.

 

It takes 1 and a half minutes to get to the number you want. I'm talking about total time spent on the phone. I didn't use my cell phone seeing how its malfuctioning now, used the house phone and aproximated. But if I was on the phone I would know the exact time cause cell phones always tell you your time. But this was from beginning to end

 

thats not so bad then.. cool and besides it saves you two bucks a pop.. why not use it.

 

Is many people taking advantage of this free service now? Hope it helps a few save some bucks over time.
