I haven't spent mine before I got it yet. I plan on waiting until it comes in the mail before I decide its fate.

Well that sucks. I was under the assumption that if you filed taxes this year you qualified. I know the payments are reduced if you had a higher income. I figured most people on here made more than the qualifying income, too.

I'm not really for this whole thing anyways. I'll take it and spend it, but I know we'll be paying it back in some form or another.
