I don't know about this he seems to say it is legal or atleast his lawyers do. I personally hate the ipod so I don't mind, but it could have some negative effects.

that kid is a genius. he's been doing this stuff for years and i'm sure his lawyers will get him out of this one too. not sure if many people will use it considering most music downloaded nowadays is done illegally through file sharing anyway. still good to know that if people DO buy music from an online store other than iTunes music, they can always put it on there iPod.
