i'm out of work right now due to torn cartalidge in my wrist. so ill be on a good bit probably. there were only about 45 people in line with me at wal mart. but i called my friend who went to a gamestop, and there were over 300 people there.

k...so. is this game dissappointing to anyone else? i enjoyed graw2 more than this title. this is just pure FPS with no real tactics to it. it may as well be wolfenstein or the original doom. just has better graphics and a few more items you can use.

What gave you the idea Halo 3 would be a tactical shooter?? Neither of the first 2 were.. but fair enough, Halo 3 equals the original doom but with better graphics

It sucks though, I have to play the waiting game because I got the RLOD for the SECOND TIME!

Played Live on a friend's 360 though, it's damn addicting.

I kind of dissappointing because they didn't really add anything crazy new to the game to change up the game play. They Add Equipments /power ups and you can carry the gun turrents around now(flame thrower and missle launchers/Missle pods) , two new Vehicles and a few new weapons. nothing really big to change the game play. but I let the passed. What I really don't like is that Halo take place in future and the assault rifle doen;t have a scope(but it has an LED screen) and the Battle Rifle has a scope but you can't change the fire setting. You can't even attach a Grenade laucher or a silencer. I know Halo 3 is far from a tactical shooter but keep the weapons up to date. Damn the weapons we had in the 60s what more advanced. Come on Bungie. LOL Graw 1 and Graw 2, Raindow six vegas and Splinter cell have more advanced weapons and they take place in the present day. Those are the only problems I have with Halo. LOL But I still kick a lot of butt in Halo 3 and I love the Saved Films features.

Without playing the SP game, I don't have much say here, but I agree with all your points on the weapons; Bungie definitely could have spent more effort into weapon design/functionality
