Have you ever beeped your horn at another Scion xB (or any Scion) on the road and/or waved before?

All the time, although it is only xBs for me also.

 

a's and b's mostly, the tC drivers just don't seem to get it....

 

I don't think anyone gets it around here! They try and figure out how they know you.

No but I flash my lights and than maybe I will wave. But I happen to be very egocentric and believeing that the world revolves around me these people should know what I am thinking. Its the same mindset when you leave someone a voice mail that says hey its me call me. If I am the center of the world than they should insticntively know that its me. And those are the ramblings of a twisted old man

I still do it, but 90% of the xB's out here refuse to wave back. None of the cool old people live here.

 

I flashed my lights, beeped and than finally waved and finally the guy in the passing salsa red xb figured out what was up. I mean duh!!!! Its not like there are that many of us out there!!!

yeah... only at other xbs if it isnt an old couple driving it... that is quite common around here

 

i nod first...if i get no response to the nod i pull up next to them and do that hawaiian thumb and pinkie extended thing where you move your hand back and forth like "shacka, bro". if that doesn't work i stay next to them and give them that "hello, we drive cars made by the same company" thing where you extend your hands with your palms upright and look around your car with a "duh, hello scion here." look on you face. if that fails i just yell out the window.

Yea I wave/beep at other tCs and everyone seems to be pretty nice and wave/beep back.

 

Yes, but only xB's, tC owners only give dirty looks and hate xB's

I'm with you C. Unless they are part of Scionetics here in Phoenix, there are so many people that have the car because of the value, I got a lot of what the He!! are you waiving at looks, but I still waive anyway. Throw em the duece...lol
