9 years ago in September of 2004, my friend Salik was given a 2005 Scion xA by his grandfather. Salik was always a car enthusiast and started customizing. Year after year the xA took on many different looks and has won many different awards.

Sadly, Salik's grandfather recently passed away. Ever since, he has been winning Best Show Awards and getting calls for magazing layouts. Right now, his car is on the verge of being sent to SEMA 2013 in Las Vegas. One only has to wonder how his grandfather is smiling in heaven right now.

Salik has been staying up day and night promoting to get his car to SEMA, achieve his dreams of being in the national spotlight, and making his grandfather proud.
