Here's a Chevy Vega with a good start on that "patina" that seems to be the goal for some these days. :D



(Yeah, I know, "don't make fun of it." Thing is most people are much more intent on keeping their prized possessions from looking like that. I'm one of those people. Mine have always been clean and shiny, starting with my '55 Chevy in the early '60s.)

 

Carbon fiber hood would just loook soo much better..If you invested that much time and money into something, Carbon Fiber wouldnt be a problem. I did a "little" revision to show..

Mind you I'm a photoshop geek, and something simple always becomes complicated..

I don't care if you like my wheels - but if I had rusted steelies as "the new trend" I'd have to take the grief that comes with running them.

 

I like it on the old cars,but I wouldn't do it to my old car.On the new cars I just don't see it.In the end it's your car do what you like.

 

I think it would look great on CSM/SSM. But unless you're gonna follow through with the euro theme I wouldn't do it. It looks very out of place on that RS2.

 

 

Maybe if you somehow make it flow with the rest of the car.

 

I need a second hood. I wanna try this out.

 

I think its cool on old school euros but not on anything else.

Pffffttfff.. obviously you havent seen the blown big block vega's Im accustomed to seeing from my work. Small car + Big horsepower = perfect combo. ;)
