CLEARWATER, FL -- Nick Bollea (photos) can drive again thanks to a business-purposes-only driving permit. The spokesperson for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles in Tallahassee, Ann Nucatola says Bollea was granted the permit that allows him to drive as long as he follows the restrictions.
Because of a plea arrangement Nick Bollea (photos) was not supposed to drive for three years after last year's crash that severely injured his buddy John Graziano and left him with a brain injury.
Bollea (photos) is the son of wrestling dad and entertainer Hulk Hogan Bollea and his case received attention by the national media.
The business-purpose-only license allows Bollea to drive to and from work, which his attorneys battled for after his license was revoked for three years."
