Default Holiday Ham

I've been making the holiday ham in my family for many years now and I've been tinkering with the ingredients and how I prepare them each year trying to make it a little better. This year I really nailed it. I think I made the best ham I've ever eaten so I thought I'd share it with my extended Scion family.

The ingredients aren't exact. I normally season to taste but I tried to get close to what I believe I used.

Holiday Ham

Ingredients:
20 oz. can of pineapple
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
Sea Salt to taste
5 whole cloves
3/4 Cup Water

Blend pineapple into very fine pieces or puree. Pour pineapple and juice into sauce pan. Add 3/4 cup water, the cloves, approximately 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and sea salt to taste. Slowly bring to a boil then let simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour over ham. To really get flavor deep in the ham use injector in several places. Cover and bake per ham instructions, about 20 minutes per pound.
