hope it ends well... proves pigs fly..
so i am cruising between wells nv, and elko nv. when i spot a helicopter overhead.. didnt think much of it till it started flashing a series of lights from its under side... i was doing 84 in a 75 and slowed to 80 to wait for the hypo up the road, but he never showed.... o well i thought... well i turns out nv bought that new radar sytem that helicopters use instead of the stop watch method.. this pics up radar and then a series of pictures to guage your speed, then shoots a rear shot of your liscense plate..... damn!!!!!!!!! i hope my plate cover was dirty enough to block out the numbers... i am leaving for a deployment in two weeks and would hater to leave with a ticket!!!!!!!!!
Anybody else seen these??/ i was still use to the florida lines that are usually used by air patrol.... wasnt expecting this..

I have no clue if you will have a traffic ticket to pay, but if helicopter enforcement is legit in your area, then expect a ticket. It probably won’t matter to the traffic judge in regards to your military deployment. If you break the law as a civilian, you are subject to the civilian monetary consequences. You pay the fine and move on. If you would happen to be a worthless diplomat or representative, then you could break any law short of murder and not have to worry about personal responsibility….
I appreciate and respect your position of being a soldier. You have volunteered your very life to “protect our freedom”. You are putting your life on the table in order to protect the concept of freedom for others. I pray that your journey leads you back home. If anyone should question your enrollment or allegiance in the U.S.Military, all you need to tell them is that you are willfully relieving someone else who has paid more than their fair dues to be a true American.

Does seem like a waste of money, dosen't it? Money could be better spent on ridding the country of illegals and prosecution of REAL criminals and border security. You know, A BIG FENCE!!!!!!!! It is easier for state and federal governments to prosecute the little guys than to do the job we expect them to do. The money just keeps rolling in. They suck it out of your wallet and speed up the motor on the vacum when they need more. Sorry for the rant.................
Seriously, what a ____ing joke. Here in chicago some ***** cop gave a guy a ticket for falling asleep on the train. Apparently it's one of those stupid laws that never came off the books. (like jaywalking, something no one gives a ____ about) Meanwhile people are getting raped and mugged on the CTA and no cop is anywhere in sight. Not to mention the numerous scandals with the cops here right now...
Plate covers should be illegal anyway.
But whatever, this eliminates the chance that a cop is going to have that random guy that wants to pull out a gun...which is very unlikely.
Maybe because Nevada is mostly desert thedon't want their cops out there in the middle of nowhere for hours at a time? Which if that's the case...it's the freaking desert.
