Why do you assume she was skinny and then got meat on her bones? The story goes... she got skinny after using drugs. Therefore, the tattoos could of easily of been one after the size 14 picture.

 

ok guys, notice size 14. it is a mirror image(see the backwards writing), so that tatoo on her forearm is hidden because it's the other arm.

 

Personally, I think they both look like crap. The size 2 because she's too damn small, and the size 14 because she looks like a damn sausage.
